Our New Health Center Has Opened!
This project is a dream come true – to construct a modern healthcare facility with the latest in medical design and technology in the heart of Syracuse. This incredible facility has replaced the current 70-year-old main office at 819 S. Salina and includes 56,000 square feet of state-of-the-art space.
The new facility includes many of the SCH services, including primary care, dental services, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, eye care and podiatry. The behavioral health and the Quick Care center remain at the current offices which will be renovated in the future.
We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with convenient locations across Syracuse.
